Twitter acquisition TweetDeck



Finally, Twitter plans to acquire TweetDeck accomplished also. Micro-blogging network that eventually succeeded in buying the company maker Twitter application that worth more than U.S. $ 40 million (Rp341 billion).
As quoted by the CNN site, the finalization of this acquisition has been signed by both parties on Monday, May 23, 2011 local time. A source said that the purchase was paid by Twitter in cash and stock.
The issue of annexation TweetDeck by Twitter itself has been busy circulating since a few months later. Site TechCrunch reported that the acquisition price is between U.S. $ 40 million - U.S. $ 50 million.
